Acquisition of Gift Certificates and Promotions:

• Duration: Regular Gift Certificates 1 month, unless the date is defined on the ​Gift card.
  

Session Usage:

• Duration of Use: Treatment sessions must be used within the time period ​specified in the terms of the promotion.
  
• Unused sessions will expire after this period. In the terms of the promotion ​or established in the certificate.
  

Refunds:

• Promotion packages are non-refundable.
  
• We recommend that you consider your needs before purchasing the ​package.
  

Transferability:

• Sessions included in packages are not transferable to another person unless ​you have a gift certificate code assigned to that person or you have given ​explicit permission.
  

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation in advance:
  
• You must respect the prior reservation time., If you wish to reduce or cancel ​your reservation, you must notify us at least 3 hours in advance. However, if ​there is availability and you want to extend the reservation time, you can do so.
  
• To cancel a session in your package, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in ​advance. Late cancellation may result in the loss of that session or at least a ​charge of 25% of the regular session value.
  
• No Show: If you do not show up for a session without prior notice, that session ​will be considered redeemed in its entirety.
  

Reservations:

• We strongly recommend that you book your sessions in advance to ensure you ​get the time you prefer. Sessions are subject to availability.
  

Expiration or Maturity:

• Sessions not used within the package validity period will expire after the date
  

specified.
